We manufacture Aluminum poles from new aluminum 6061 or 6063 T6 alloy, heat treated after fabrication with seamless welding. Optional base covers are available along with multiple luminaries mountings. The removable wire way pole cover is secured with stainless steel bolts.All poles are engineered and EPA compliant with current AASHTO specifications and wind load conditions. Special pole sizes can be developed to meet project requirements.

Details
We typically manufacture Steel poles using 11 or 7 gauge steel depending upon project load requirements. Each pole is fabricated from rolled or formed welded steel tubing of one-piece construction and has a full length longitudinal weld.Each pole is equipped with a reinforced handhole and locking cover plate. An electrical grounding lug is provided inside ofthe handhole. Multiple luminarie tenons or mountings are available that can match specified fixture company mounting requirements.

Fabricated from hot rolled carbon steel, minimum 55 ksi, fully galvanized with double nuts and washers. -

Details
Our Fiberglass construction has numerous advantages over traditional “woven” poles, most notably a smooth surface finish and uniform wall thickness. The poles are processed in a resin bath, in which a specified color is mixed.This ensures that every fiber of the pole is colored (a process not possible with traditional woven construction), allowing the inside of the pole to maintain the color throughout. Sample sections of a pole are available upon request.
Compliant to AASHTO 2001, the pole shall not exceed a maximum deflection of 10% of the pole length above the ground line when subject to the maximum simulated wind loading and shall not have more than 1% permanent deflection.
